This beautiful ocean front family bach has everything you need. The house is beautifully furnished and has all the modern amenities to make your stay relaxing and comfortable, You can gaze at the uninterrupted 180 degree ocean views from the house, the expansive decks or the large lawn. The Coramandal Peninsula to the left, Mount Manganui to the right and Mayor Island in centre frame.
It is just a short walk 3 minute walk to the local village one way or the beachfront Flat White cafe the other way.
As well as the 6 bedrooms, you have separate TV/ media room and library so all of the family can have there own space for their chosen activity.

Summary: A wonderful stay for our family ages 9 to 86. My parents loved the choices of seating both inside and outside to watch the waves and grandchildren play on the beach. Fantastic central location, with incredible views. Loads of extra space for kids and adults to be either seperated or together. Clean and tidy. Fantastic hosts.

Summary: Only one towel per person supplied for 3 days. Late checkout reduced by owner on day before arriving due to them wanting to use house. No washing machine powder supplied after previously asking if basics like that were included. Alot of small defects in walls, toilet door didnt stay closed at latch, etc. View was nice. Overall, not the best for the price you pay. Expected much better.

Summary: Large modern home situated on the beachfront. We could sit on the deck with wine and watch our kids in the water or surfers catching the waves. Easy access to the beach for most people down small rock seawall. Additional walkway access to beach for less able just two houses away. My wife says this was the best beach location, house and holiday she has had in NZ. You will not be disappointed with your stay at this property.

Summary: Couldn't ask for a better setting. The ocean is right outside your door. Perfect for a large family. There is one wonderful oceanfront bedroom with attached bath. The other bedrooms are fine, though none, including the master, have closets. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Great outdoor spaces. The only thing we wondered about is why no WiFi in this day and age. Only rental during our New Zealand 3 week trip without WiFi. You can survive, of course, just an odd omission for this price range. But thoroughly loved the house and setting. Very close to the best restaurant, Flat White, and near town. Can walk to dinner via the beach. Best rental in Waihi Beach for sure.
