A stunning oceanfront brand new; built post Sandy in June 2015 landmark by Studio Tagland gracefully commands eternally shifting views of the Atlantic Ocean from its many wrap around decks and expanses of glass. This House's 4400 sq. ft. of living space include 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are master suites, and 6 baths plus powder room.
The rectangle kitchen with Granite counter top and large center Island, open concept dining and circular family area give the feeling of being wrapped in the embrace of family and friends. The room flow is seamless. This House offer includes an elevator and 2 wet bars. Unique in all the world. 80 ft. of ocean frontage, Brand new construction and furnished to Modern taste. All living areas and bedrooms have hardwood floors. The house has the ability to sleep up to 16 people.
There is a large rooftop deck for the perfect gathering location for all meals or late night conversations with friends. Feel this Roof top deck with unforgettable ocean, bay and bridge views as far as the eye can see. Enjoy this beautiful three story oceanfront property with floor to ceiling views and a quiet setting while with in walking or biking distance to shopping, movies and all the restaurants and amenities.
The 3rd floor also boasts a magnificent great room with a wall of sliding glass doors that over look the ocean. Watch the waves break on the shore as you dine on the Bermex round dining table comfortably seating 10 or at the breakfast bar seating an additional 6 guests.
You can wash dishes while gazing at the ocean from large picture windows. Watch the 60” HD TV from the circular & sectional sofa.
5 bedrooms lead out to one of the many decks. Returning from the beach, wash the sand off using the private out door two showers.
House is nicknamed 'NAHAR' means River. Situated on Northern Corner lot and 80 on Atlantic appears to be 120 creating stunning southern exposure and panoramic views.
Lifeguards patrol directly in front of home for safety.

Summary: Right on the ocean with spectacular views and a great breeze. We never even turned on the AC because the breeze is so nice. Very clean. Walking distance to Acme and fantastic ice cream. Great kitchen to cook for a large group. Big six burner stove with huge oven. Lots of refrigerator space.

Summary: Home is beautiful and view is incredible. The rooftop deck is amazing. Home wasn’t super clean and I’d recommend to bring your own blankets along with your linens as I don’t think the blankets were cleaned before we arrived.

Summary: the third floor kitchen, dining area, common area is huge with a great unobstructed view of the beach and ocean along the long side of the house. the balcony on that level and the rooftop deck provide even more space with great views. the owner is very friendly, responsive, and easy to contact. would definitely rent this place again
