Summary: Good apartment with spectacular views. We were just a couple - might be a little snug for 5 or 6 guests. Amenities were as described; place was clean and comfortable; perhaps a little tired and weather beaten. Could do with a crockery upgrade (maybe because it was low season - the bowls and glasses had been put away?). Location is directly above the main road so there is traffic noise pretty much all day but it didn’t disturb sleep or our evenings. Was a good base for the Sunshine Coast beaches and easy to get into Noosa Heads. Host was clear and instructions were simple to follow.

Summary: The booking was easy, and we were accommodated on very short notice. Checking in & out was also easy. Peregian Beach is a great place to stay. However, the property is quite dated and not really up to the standard we expect from a Stayz. The pictures on the website were generally representative but were perhaps selected so as not to present the tiredness and general lack of upkeep e.g. there is no air-conditioning or heating (apart from one small electric heater in BR1), the BBQ hotplate & metal spatula were rusted and unusable, there was a DVD player but no DVDs, the curtain above the bed in BR1 was filthy with fluff, hair and signs of mould, plus the quantity of dead bugs in the lampshades in the lounge and bedrooms would indicate they haven’t been cleaned for a very long time. I don't mind a property being a bit dated, but not for the price asked on this occasion.

Summary: I am blown away by this accommodation. As soon as you walk inside you are greeted with the most incredible beach views and if you go to the back you can also see Lake Weyba. Peregian Beach has beautiful cafes and parks and it was only a short drive to Noosa to enjoy beautiful rainforest walks and a pleasant 30 minute drive to Maroochydore for some shopping. The Thai ordered through Menulog was great also and a lovely option to have food delivered for a lazy night in. The place has everything needed for cooking meals including a full oven and large fridge. I will definitely be back, next time with binoculars to zoom in closer on all the whales that could be seen each afternoon from 3:30pm till around 5pm which even with the naked eye were just breathtaking. Thank you so much for a beautiful holiday.

Summary: Great property with great views, bit of a walk into Peregian main street which wasn't easy with a double pram but would have been lovely otherwise. BBQ was used almost every night and dinner on the deck was lovely.

Summary: Perfect for us, Lovely views. Plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Decking outdoors was great. Good walk to the shops and beach. Bus stop close. Facility is well equipped. Well worth booking this home for a R & R stay.

Summary: As we are in the older age bracket ,this property had the most glorious views and suited us perfectly for a beautiful holiday .We did use our car to access the beach and village as it was too far to walk. Road noise was the only negative. Highly recommend.

Summary: Great communication prior to arriving. Place very clean and tidy. Easy walk to the beach in a friendly neighborhood. Close to facilities such as supermarket. Beautiful view of the beach and the sounds of the waves was lovely to hear at night.
