With Gulf views from the third-floor balcony and swoon-worthy living space with a cozy fireplace, this home puts you in the heart of Cinnamon Shore North. It’s just across from the Great Dune and the Dune Pool and near the dune crossover to the beach!
AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Located on the second floor to take advantage of views, the open-concept living area where your family will spend most time together feels spacious and relaxing. Handsome wood ceiling beams accent the all-white space wrapped in shiplap and lined with shutters. Cozy up in front of the fireplace. Sink into the sectional sofa in the family room, play games at the large dining table, which seats eight. A wrap-around island frames the kitchen, where the cook in the group can still visit with everyone. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances needed to cook meals. The large bunk room upstairs was a huge hit with our teenagers! The location is ideal with a very short walk to the beach. We absolutely loved our stay!

Reviewer Comments: Seashell Sanctuary was a lovely house for our 3 generations summer getaway. The house is in a perfect location, close to the beach and across from the pool. The porch had the best furniture of any Cinnamon Shore house we have stayed at - we loved it. The living room couch and layout with the kitchen and large dining table was perfect for all of us to relax intogether. We are bakers and the baking equipment was wonderful with the kitchenaid mixer. The large kitchen island was great. There were beach towels available. What we missed: no serving spoons, few dish towels, icemaker and the stove burners not all working. There is an elevator in the house, but not for use by the guests. Lovely house overall, would recommend a stay there.
