This beautiful & spacious single-story 4 bdrm home is located in an exclusive upscale, quiet neighborhood. It can fit up to 12 people including families with kids. It is fully equipped, TV with cables, WIFI and washer & dryer and a Pool Table. The backyard is a true gem featuring a stunning in ground pool overlooking the beauty golf course with no rear neighbors, BBQ and comfortable covered patio with lots of space to hang out. Close to restaurants, bars & shopping.
This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2300sqf house includes beds for 10 people plus a queen air mattress, which is very comfortable, so it can sleep a total of 12 people including families with kids. It is fully furnished & equipped, TV with cables, WIFI and washer & dryer. The primary suite features double closets, and a stunning ensuite with a spacious stone tiled shower, separate vanities and private commode. House also includes a pool table to have fun while home. The backyard is a true gem featuring a stunning in ground pool overlooking the North Hills Golf Course with no rear neighbors and has plenty of private and street parking. It is close to restaurants, bars & shopping.
Right next to the North Hills Golf Course. Convenient to the airport, Loop-1604, I-35, I-410 and Wurzbach Parkway, close to many hot spots including theme parks, shopping, military bases and only a 20 minute drive to downtown's attractions including the Alamo and Riverwalk.
• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.
• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.
- Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)
I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. -Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
-Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.
- Pool is not heated.
- Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until February 5th.
- Hot-tub is in the same temperature as the pool.

Summary: I would like to start by saying the communication was stellar. The property itself needed some help. There are several areas of the homes that need some up keep. During our stay there were at least 3 if not 4 vendors that arrived at the property to do things like landscaping, pool work, extermination, etc. that we were not made aware of and since one of the door to enter the property was broken and wouldn’t truly lock we felt obligated to stay in the house more often until the vendors were gone. The property just left a lot to the imagination and the amount of bugs kept us from being outside too much. Maybe I’m just used to a little more when I rent properties but even my property manager friend from SA said it was not what she was expecting and was sad she referred it to me. Hopefully some repairs will be made to make it better.

Summary: The house is very cute! It has many things I would like to incorporate into my future home. The beds are super comfortable. The master bath has two showerheads. The hottub and pool gives off a steam so no matter the temperature outside, it will feel amazinggg. There's a smart TV, Pacman machine and a pool table for entertainment. Plenty of towels + blankets avaliable. Minor cons: the pool table is on an uneven surface so it'll sometimes make the ball go in when it shouldn't. Couldn't figure out how to jet the tub but it felt nice regardless. There was no detergent available so BYO if you need to wash your clothes. Fridge comes empty so BYO ice,water,condiments,etc.

Summary: Unusual Property: The backyard pool is blocked off with a large blue tarp separating a storage area for construction equipment. The pool area was poorly tended. The house is a corner property along a fairly busy street. The POOL was very warm: the heated Hot Tub water pours (by fountain) directly into the pool. The garage has been converted into the large bedroom with pool table. This large room shares the hall bathroom. The house has a NEST but was set to 80 degrees. It took a couple hours to lower the temperature to a comfortable setting: arrival was one of the nicest days of the year. The owner replied that it was the prior occupant's mistake to not reset the thermostat to 77 degrees. Just didn't make an inviting welcome. The bathrooms could use a good scrub. Soap scum was apparent. The Ice maker is not hooked up: so be prepared to bring Ice. The Queen bedroom is actually a full mattress on queen frame. Just didn't feel the bang for the buck.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The beds are super comfortable, the dining table is conveniently large, nice kitchen and good supplies, and the kids loved the game room. Although smart TVs are everywhere now it was great to have that so we can have various platforms to watch tv/movies on. The pool and hot tub were lovely despite it being chilly the week we were there.
