Summary: There was a major leak from the kitchen to one of the downstairs bedrooms right above the bunk beds. Both beds were saturated and could not be used. We explained the situation and how some family had to find and pay for additional outside accomodations. We requested a partial refund for a discounted stay but never heard back. We gave ample time for them to respond and sort privately before posting this review. The property is in a beautiful location and the space and yard are well-designed. However, it is not maintained well in terms of house cleanliness & repairs and yard care. We made the best of it, and we don't regret our choice. However, we will definitely not book this again or recommend it to others as we originally planned to do.

Summary: Communication was great, easy check in with host. The property had great views, was very quiet and well maintained, group had a very good time. The mini golf and patio was a huge bonus, would definitely recommend!
