7 Bedroom Condo in Monti, Roma

We are passionate hosts inspired by the moka (the Italian coffeepot). mok’house is how we called our building (owned) when we decided to turn each apartment (one per floor) into charming hospitality solutions: Moka Classic, Moka Pop, and the two rooms may host together up to 20 guests.
This is the ideal location for large families and groups who will be hosted in a unique location in the true heart of Rome: 2 apartments fully equipped + 2 double bedrooms and a stunning terrace that will give you a unique belvedere over the rooftops of ancient Rome.
1st floor - Moka Classic: 1 double bedroom en suite with queen size bed, 1 double bedroom with twin beds which can be set up as king size, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with queen size sofa bed where we can add a single bed in case of 7 guests) and a fully equipped kitchen.
2nd floor - Moka POP: 3 double bedrooms (all en suite: 2 with queen size beds, 1 with twin beds which may be set up as king size), 3 full bathrooms with shower and a spacious living room (with queen size sofa bed) with open space kitchen fully equipped.
4th floor - 2 double bedrooms (1 with queen size bed, 1 with twin beds which may be set up as king size) with 2 full bathrooms with shower. Each room has a balcony.
For architectural reasons our building is without a lift, but the steps are small.
We like to customize your experience by offering a sincere Italian hospitality, making you feel at home away from home. We are happy to assist you before and during your stay, helping you taking the most out of your Roman Holidays!
Please note that the rates listed are all inclusive (Wi-Fi, utilities, linen, towels, final cleaning, etc.) with the only exception of the city tax (3,50Euro per person per night, children up to 9 years are excluded from payment).

Summary: my family of 16 all loved this property. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful rooftop in the evening. Convenient location. Coffee shops, local grocery store, great restaurant and bar right around the corner. No elevator though.. but I highly recommend.

Summary: Our vacation in Rome was so much fun due in large part ot the accommodations at the Mok-House. We had sixteen people so that in itself was a challenge for Marco and his staff. The facilities were clean. The staff was friendly. The location was great so we were able to walk to many places we wanted to visit. I totally recommend the Mok-House.

Summary: My husband and I, with 17 additional family members, spent 3 nights at the Mok'house. Staff was wonderful and the rooms were exceptionally clean & thoughtfully decorated. The kitchens were well stocked. One evening we had a chef & staff come in to prepare dinner which we enjoyed on the terrace. Very convenient location. Jan Kleman, Port St Lucie, Florida.

Summary: OUR STAY THERE WAS GRATE!! IT´S A NICE PLACE TO VISIT ROME. IT´S CLOSE TO THE COLISEUM AND YOU CAN WALK TO THE TRAIN STATION IN 10 MIN, THE SUPERMARKET IS 5 MIN, WALK THE TERRACE IS ¡¡¡AMAZING!!! THE "LESS GOOD" POINT IS ONLY POSSIBLE TO STAY FROM 9 AM TO 10 PM, THE VIEWS AT NIGHT ARE NICE. CLAUDIA EXPLAIN ALL THE MONUMENTS, TRANSPORTS, RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS... THE MOK PEOPLE MANAGE YOUR TRANSFER (IF DO YOU NEED IT) (THANK YOU CLAUDIA, MARCO AND SILVIA). IT´S A GOOD PLACE TO BACK AGAIN!!!!
