Summary: From the very onset before I met Kevin, I felt warmly greeted with timely information about the house and its workings. Kevin, the host of the place, is personable, and very accommodating. He even brought us ice when the ice maker stopped working! They both live on the property grounds, but they don’t interfere with your privacy whatsoever. Both he and his wife are exceptional people, and will do anything within their power to make your stay Amazing. The house itself is totally I T connected to Google, with an amazing projection screen TV in the living room with Utube channels set up to watch anything. We had an incredible stay, and are looking to come back as soon as possible.

Summary: This property has everything I wanted and more! The management was wonderful and quickly answered any questions. The location was close enough to beaches and entertainment, but felt so private. The house was welcoming and comfortable! I highly recommend staying here!!! This was honestly the best vrbo I’ve experienced!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Everything was clean and well appointed. The pool was the highlight for the grandkids and really made the stay so much better than a hotel or place without a private pool. Kevin was very helpful and has thought of everything to make that could be needed. The location is perfect too— close to shopping and an easy drive to all the Space Coast has to offer, as well as quick access to I95 and the Beach Line to Orlando attractions. We will definitely stay there again!

Summary: We, unfortunately, came into town for memorial services for my brother-in-law. There were several family members coming in from NY. The house was able to accommodate all of us and it was very special to be able to all congregate and celebrate Chuck’s life. Having the piano was a blessing, my husband played as we sang, laughed, and cried together. Thank you Kevin for letting us use your home during our time of grief.
