This lovely fully renovated self-contained bedsit studio is located in central Mission Bay. The studio is located in our sunny tranquil back yard separate from our family home and offers its own dedicated entrance ensuring your privacy.

Newly renovated this studio has a modern smart kitchenette and en suite bathroom. Your comfort and warmth is ensured with a heat pump offering heating and cooling year round, plus a choice of summer and winter weight duvets and bed quilt and cosy electric blanket.

Sky TV is connected to the studio to cover the sporting calender.
Recording is also available if you do not wont to miss any viewing.

Outside your studio is a small sunny elevated deck with outdoor table and chairs for your personal use. On request sun loungers and spa pool are also available for guests adjacent to our own home.

Our studio is within easy walking distance of the popular Mission Bay Beach with great cafes and restaurants offering a huge variety of dining choices, movie theatre and convenience stores. Eastridge shopping centre is also only a short walk from our studio with a large supermarket, bakery, post office, ATM, chemist etc.

Mission Bay is well served by regular public transport to and from downtown Auckland. There is a bus stop on the corner of our street or take a short walk to Tamaki Drive on the waterfront for more frequent bus services.

Enjoy various activities in the surrounding area including cycling canoeing. paddle boarding. Kelly Tarltons Underwater World is only 1.4 km away. Walk along the beautiful shoreline to nearby Kohimarama and the seaside village of St Heliers. Take a beautiful walk around the Orakei Basin and stop off at the popular newly established Orakei Village Complex with a gourmet food market, brewery, restaurants, cafes and retail shops.

Mission Bay is a terrific base for a relaxed and comfortable Auckland stay only 8 km from the hustle and bustle of Auckland City.

Summary: If you're looking for a great place to stay for a couple or single, you've found it. We stayed over Christmas and it even had Christmas decorations. I can't fault this place and the proprietors are super friendly and accommodating. Location is easy walk down to Mission Bay, beautiful beach, lots of choice for restaurants and Ice cream places. Stay here!

Summary: Nicely appointed property with a lovely outside seating area. Good location, close to shops and beach. Communication with the host was prompt and clear instructions on how to access the property. Would happily stay there again.

Summary: Very comfortable, loved the Spa and the booking process. There could have been some milk in the fridge to get us going and dusting was required. Very good location and accommodation option.

Summary: Lovely cottage and outside area private and secure. The couch was uncomfortable and the cottage needed an air out as there was stale smell in it? Overall I would recommend it to family and friends.

Summary: A great studio - tastefully decorated - quality linen - very quiet and private - welcome message on the blackboard along with lovely little touches like peppermint chocolates, and a lemon in the fridge. Extra's included spa pool - We loved are stay and would definitely like to come back. Very central.

Summary: This studio had all that was required for a short stay in lovely Mission Bay, a comfortable bed, kitchenette, and bathroom as well as plenty of storage. It had a beautiful garden, where we could eat outside on the patio. It also has washing facilities and an outside line. The hosts were friendly.
