Two level 3 bedrooms each with queen size bed and 2 bath of 2000 sf living space.
Suitable for business, vacation, travelers, & short term rental. Only 8 miles away from downtown, 13 miles to SFO and one mile to freeway. Very close to bus stop. One level of family room can be use as meeting space.

This stunning 2-level ultra-contemporary home is perched at the top of Westwood Highlands with panoramic southern and western ocean views. It has been exquisitely rebuilt to suit the most discerning lover of modern architecture.
The entry takes you up the floating stairs to the upper floor with spectacular views from the living room, dining area, kitchen and deck. The open floor plan suits today’s more casual living. Additionally there are two bedrooms and a full bath on this level.
On the middle level there is a central media room with an adjoining office/game area, a bedroom & a bathroom.
WiFi, network TV and kitchen area.
Very nice neighborhood, Spectacular view of the south bay and ocean, a lot of street parking(free).
It's very close the downtown, Castro, Twin Peaks, Haight Ashbury, Golden Gate Bridge Park, Ocean Beach, Freeway 280 by car.
A 10-minute walk to quaint West Portal. A lovely area with coffee shops and restaurants/movie theater. Municipal station which will take you downtown in 8 minutes.
Stern Grove is a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. They have wonderful summer evening concerts.
#43 bus route around the corner takes you to the Marina District in about 40 minutes, going through the famous Haight Ashbury area.
There you will find lots freeway on ramps.
City Center is a 10 minute drive.
SFO Airport is a quick 15 minutes drive away.
Bay Bridge is 10 minutes away.

Summary: Lovely house in the twin peaks section with stunning views. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and there are paths through the park up the hill that give a sense of being in the woods. The house itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It can accommodate six people comfortably, though we only had 5. The large living space upstairs with the kitchen and dining room attached is bright and airy, and there’s a small deck to stand on so you can see bits of the ocean and bay. We were able to street park both cars no problem. The owner was friendly and helpful with recommendations. This was probably the nicest rental I’ve stayed in. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in town.

Summary: George was an excellent host. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of four, and it was nice having two separate living and dining spaces when we wanted to spread out. There’s a Safeway nearby and plenty of space in the gourmet kitchen for cooking when we were tired from all of the walking and hills.

Summary: Spent the weekend with our friends from England here. It was the perfect location for the four of us. Plenty of room for us. Location was great to walk down to restaurants in West Portal neighborhood or to take a hike to the top of Mt Davidson. George, the owner was available to answer questions. One thing to know is that the washer and dryer is not in the unit but accessible through George.
