Our area has plenty to interest you. Our private trails can be ridden, hiked, and skied. You'll pass beaver ponds, enter lush forests and open meadows, and may chance upon some of our local wildlife. For those bringing their own horses we include a daily 2-hour guided trail ride.
Four season activities include fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, golfing, canoeing, rafting, and alpine and cross-country skiing.
We are not far from the stores, golf courses, and ski areas of Wilmington, VT and Mt. Snow. Nearby Shelburne Falls and Historic Deerfield feature quaint shops, antiques, and farm stands in season.
Mass MoCA (Museum of Contemporary Art) in North Adams, Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, and the Five College towns of Northampton and Amherst are just a short scenic drive away.
Many fine restaurants with a variety of pricing and cuisine are within 20 miles of the farm, as are live theater and movies.

Summary: This house and property are amazing! Everything was clean, well stocked and there were even hiking trails. Owners were easy to communicate with and helpful!

Summary: Great price and value relative to hotel down in greenfield. The home was clean and beds were comfy. Loved we could bring our dogs to romp and hike with us on the expansive grounds. Hot tub was a plus as was ping pong table and tether ball. We couldn’t access the fire pit the first night as we planned because it was fenced in goat herd - Which was cool but a bit smelly in the night breeze with guard dog barking so had to shut the Windows.

Summary: We stayed for a short weekend get-away in January. The house is just 30 min from Berkshire East. The house was very well maintained and quite charming. The grounds were pastoral and picturesque. 10/10 all around. Thanks Mark and Sarah for making such a wonderful place available for others!

Summary: We were in town working an event near by. We came in with staff, friends and family. This house was not only beautiful, well equipped, quiet and peaceful but was perfectly set up with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. that met all of our needs. We would definitely rent again.

Summary: We had a small wedding at the property as well as staying with our family for a long weekend. It worked out wonderfully in a stunning location and ample room for everyone. We didn't have a chance to explore the location enough because we were so busy but all the more reason to go back again! Mark was wonderfully helpful and provided a list of recommended vendors. Only downside was that cell reception was unreliable which would be great for a getaway but tough when trying to coordinate event details. We managed with wifi - and android phones were better than iphones we found.

Summary: We Celebrated our 22nd Wedding Anniversary... This place was like a dream come true. Everything they promised plus more... Peaceful, Cozy, Beautiful, Nicely Decorated and with Everything you need. Very spacious, clean and attention to details. Mark & Sarah are very friendly and helpful. The community is small but very vibrant and united. People are very friendly and you feel very welcome. We stopped at a farmstand owned by the Parsons family and Purchased fresh produce, flowers for the anniversary celebration and a delicious homemade Peach 🍑 Pie 🥧. We accidentally left some of the items at the stand and they very graciously delivered them to us as a courtesy, amazing 👏. Our four legged kiddos Buddy 🐕 and Bella 🐈 loved the outdoors as well... and our childrens, granddaughter and nephews stayed away from multimedia and enjoy nature in every sense. We will definitely visit again in the near future. 5+ ☆☆☆☆☆

Summary: Mark and Amy's property is a wonderful farm best described as serenity at it's best. Mark was very attentive to our needs and touched base with us daily. Our early check in was much appreciated. The property is very clean. The hot tub was serviced right after each use. We had a great time in the rec room playing ping pong with the family. The views are spectacular. So glad we found this perfect farm get away. We enjoyed watching the goats and enjoyed our hike of the property. We highly recommend this property. Having a bathroom in each upstairs bedroom is wonderful when traveling with a crowd. The house was well equipt with anything you may need. Thanks Mark and Amy!
