NEW RENTAL PROPERTY sits on 3 acres of beautiful waterfront and its 3200 sq. ft. living space provides a spacious modern cape vacation experience
New tasteful renovation with stunning views from living room, sun room and bedrooms. Large lawn leads to salt water creek and kayaks to explore the large pond and surrounding conservation land. This is a beautifully furnished and decorated home with spectacular surroundings creating the perfect atmosphere to escape the stress of everyday life; you wont want to leave!
LOCATED 5 minutes from Dennis and only a 10 minute ride to the best North Side beaches.
Near the cape cod bike path and bass river as well as conservation land with marked hiking trails by the house.
Stores are only a 5 minute drive for groceries etc.
ROOMS comprise 1 master bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with full bed and one bedroom with 1 full and 1 twin bed, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room as well as a den by the pool with additional pull out new queen sleeper sofa in office (with memory foam mattress - very comfy).
DECK overlooking the pool and garden, has water views and the table and chairs provides the perfect setting for sunset. There is also a separate patio outside the kitchen with garden and water views to thoroughly enjoy the outdoor space. There is also a large professional stainless grille for cooking while surrounded by nature and cape breezes.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
3 kayaks, 1 Dinghy, life vests, 2 bicycles, cooler on wheels, beach chairs, hair dryer in each bathroom, and iron/ironing board.
For golfers there is a tee box to the side of the property that provides a private driving range onto the 2 acres of grass complete with water hazard :)
Linens and towels can be arranged through a local company at a reasonable cost, depending how many sets are needed (approx 260 for the week) please let me know if you need their info else you can bring your own.
There are various services that supply linens. This is a good one: Cape Linens: 508-896-1948.
They can drop off the morning of your arrival
The main level of the house has new central AC, installed in 2019. This includes the kitchen / dining room, living room, sunroom, office (has new queen pullout), hall bathroom, bedroom with queen bed and master bedroom with king bed (bathroom attached)
The lower level does not have central AC but has always remained very comfortable because the central ac flows down and it is set into the hillside.
All rooms on the lower level open onto the pool and although bright, don’t get direct sunlight until late afternoon.
Lower level includes the den, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with full and other with full and twin)
PS. Blue crab can be caught in Crab Creek at the end of the garden

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely vacation home. Beautiful outdoor space and the pool was great fun. Kitchen equipped with high end appliances and absolutely everything we needed. Piers was a wonderful host and very attentive to any and all requests. He graciously shared fresh produce from his garden. Would highly recommend this home!

Summary: Spacious, beautiful, completely equipped, this was a perfect vacation spot for two elders, two couples, a teen and three children. We loved the pool, the kayaks, and the convenient location, with easy access to beaches, shopping, and the whole Cape. Great host!

Summary: What an amazing home to spend our annual week away in! When we weren't spending time by the pool, we were making our way through all parts of the Cape (the location of the house made that very easy to do), cooking in the beautiful kitchen, or down by the creek. Piers was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to, and during, the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This is our 2nd time staying at this beautiful home. We can't get enough of the pool and find the whole house to be very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you could need! The ages of our crew range from 8YO to 81YO and everyone has a great time. The little ones love the big yard and the twin bedroom. Some darker blackout curtains in the queen bedroom would be helpful, but otherwise, this house is pretty much perfection. And Piers is a very helpful host!

Summary: This house is everything advertised here and more! Lovely setting along the creek with boats to borrow and enjoy. The salt-water pool was so refreshing - we stayed in all day! The house itself is very comfortable and well-equipped. Lots of outdoor and indoor hang-out areas with plenty of seating. The kitchen has all you need for whatever meals you're cooking up, plus plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, etc. Even a nice blender for cocktails! Best of all, Piers is such a friendly and accommodating host. He gave us a bottle of proseco, eggs from his own chickens, and even some tuna he caught himself! He was always quickly responsive to any questions we had and was so nice about it! Recommended!

Summary: My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this property! Piers was incredibly helpful answering any questions we had, the house was beautiful, clean and spacious, and the views were truly stunning. There was relaxing in and around the pool which was well maintained, multiple lawn sports on the expansive property, kayaking on the creek, family meals around the large dinner table, and games, puzzles and movies when the weather kept us indoors. We didn't want to leave! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
