Summary: This was an amazing place! It was our first trip to Maine and wanted to be centrally located. This was perfect...1 1/2 hr to Acadia National Park and the coastline. 30min from Bangor, 1 1/2 hr from Moosehead lake. It was beautiful and peaceful it was hard to leave though! The cabin was immaculate, cozy and beautiful. Jonathan, the host was so welcoming and helpful. Lots of info provided about the area and things to do including restaurants, shopping , everything. The property has a beautiful pond just steps from our door and I took the provided kayak on a gorgeous sunset paddle! I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Maine and want to stay outside the bustling tourist areas and enjoy the peaceful, quiet beauty of Maine 💚

Summary: Jonathan’s guest suite at his lake camp is truly STUNNING! The space is well laid out, decorated very nicely, super comfortable, and impeccably clean and tidy. We could not have had a nicer experience. Jonathan is a great host who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Not only is his camp centrally situated for fantastic day excursions to Bar Harbor and Moosehead Lake but it’s not far from the Bangor airport. We went hiking one day and river rafting the next. He even mentioned that there was a festival taking place in a neighboring town and it was a delightful experience attending and socializing with some of the locals. His place is nice and secluded, the choice location and only property on the point that has simply gorgeous sunsets. After kayaking and paddling past the beaver dam, we had a relaxing evening throwing horseshoes and lighting the fire pit. We could not have had a nicer, more relaxing stay with such a great host who really ensured we had a great time. We look forward to returning for another trip very soon.
