Positive: Place is big, communication was good, there are a lot of amenities (but not all can be used and enjoyed)
Negative: Property was not properly cleaned when we arrived, drawers still had empty packs of cigarettes, condoms, etc., under the bed had trashes, bathtub in one of the rooms had undrained dirty old pool of water (we were the ones who cleaned and drained it), bed sheets and blankets had hairs on it and did not smell fresh and clean, swimming pool (which I believe part of the price we paid) cannot be used during our stay because it was very dirty and unhealthy, unarranged stuff in surroundings, used cleaning cloth found on shelves. We paid the full price but not all amenities can be utilised during our stay. Seems like they were not ready for guests to rent their place yet, not ready for business but still they have it rented. Hopefully, they will address these issues before having another guests.
Summary: Hopefully this is just an isolated case.
