The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building with 55 square meters of area, designed by an interior designer in the search to reconcile three concepts that we intended to achieve in this project:
- Aesthetics;
- Comfort;
- Feeling of local belonging.
It consists of a hall / living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a dining / kitchen room (equipped for 4 people).
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating and a bathroom with a heated towel rail.
We also defined as a matrix for this space of STUPENDO the need to have all the comfort equipment inherent to long-term stays.
There is a wide variety of transport for travel to the rest of the city (Metro, bus, Uber, Scooters for hire, rental bikes) and dedicated cycle paths for trips to downtown.
The building in which this apartment by STUPENDO is located is in the city center, in BAIRRO DE ARROIOS, in a very calm and quiet street at night, but parallel to Avª Morais Soares (One of the avenues with the greatest diversity of commerce and restaurant Lisbon) being three metro stations from the main squares in the city center (Martim Moniz / Rossio)

Summary: A great spot to stay in Lisbon. It is a small but fully stocked apartment. I was glad to have the roller shades and big windows to allow for crossbreeze. The one thing I was hoping for was an elevator as the steps to the top were many and steep and tricky to lug a suitcase up. Otherwise, perfect!

Summary: This was our second stay in Lisbon and we loved this location. It was close to the metro station, grocery store and restaurants. The apartment was very well designed and appointed. It is also the cleanest VRBO place I have stayed in! The bed was super comfortable. Loved the keyless entry system. Carlos was very responsive to our needs. I definitely recommend this property.

Summary: This is our second stay at Stupendo in the past year. This one was three weeks. The property is very nice It is well equipped and well located. Communications with Carlos was excellent and he was very responsive to requests.I highly recommend this property when staying in Lisbon.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience staying at Stupendo. The location was perfect for getting around Lisbon, and yet a short distance away from the very “touristy” noise and expense. The unit was well appointed and exactly as you see in the photos. The furnishings were comfortable and the bed in particular was very comfortable. The unit provided complete privacy and peace and quiet. Carlos was very easy to communicate with and he was very happy to accommodate us to ensure that we had an easy and comfortable stay. The owner at Verdura de Arroios made us very nice coffee each morning as we set out for our day of sightseeing, and in the evenings we enjoyed a few delicious Italian dinners at Portofino. Both are just around the corner from the unit.

Summary: We were very happy with how clean, modern and comfortable this proprty was! The washer dryer combo was a bonus. Food, restaurants, everything needed was right there. We walked to the castle and museum andcwe were grateful for the parking garage.

Summary: We stayed in Stupendo for 17 days in October-November 2024. The apartment is well located on a quiet street. The apartment is very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a stay. It was very nice to have laundry in the apartment. Amenities near the apartment are very good with many restaurants and two close grocery stores. The Metro station is a five - eight minute walk. Carlos was exceptional to deal with. He was easy to contact and looked after us very well. We will definitely stay there on our next trip.
