Summary: This property was on a nice gravel backroad. Some cars would go by pretty fast for our liking as our kids were hoping to ride their bikes down the road, so we had to be watchful of that. Small property and the river was nice to watch but not ideal for fishing as my kids were hoping. Inside the house it was beautiful with big windows in the back to watch the river. The porch on the second level was nice to sit out and watch wildlife. My kids favorite part was the shower as it warmed up quick compared to ours back at home. We were in and out most days sightseeing in the U.P. and at Onaway Speedway for the Big Rig Challenge. Travel time was not bad at all for where we stayed. Defiantly a nice place to stay. We thought this place had more acreage and were a bit discouraged when we saw how close the neighbors were. But they were friendly and welcoming. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

Summary: This is a really cool property with a great view of the river nearby. Huge fireplace with tons of firewood, interior decor is definitely vintage, but I think charming now. I would definitely stay here again!
