Positive: Location is great. We arrived at 10 pm and were checked in with no problem. Room looks nice and clean. They’re pet friendly, that’s very nice too

Negative: It was very cold in the room. They only turn on heat in the afternoon for some time. At night and morning radiators were ice cold. It was -10 outside and cold room was the worst experience. Water in the shower - pressure too low. I wanted to warm up in the hot shower but the water flow was too low. It would take forever to wash hair in that shower.

Summary: Should be a good experience in the summer, but too cold to sleep in when it’s cold outside

Positive: A small family owned and operated hotel. Very modern and comfortable rooms, reasonably priced. We loved the little extras like tea and coffee making facilities, use of the gym. We turned up early, hoping to leave luggage, but ended up getting an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating.

Positive: Very nice, modern, clean, comfortable

Negative: Kitchen access could be better. Either leave it unlocked or provide guests with a key, who want to use it. The host made it work, though. Also, tarp right outside my window was flapping in the wind all night (plus it was extra windy). I even sleep with earplugs and could still hear it.

Positive: The hotel is very nice and exceptionally clean — I was genuinely impressed, especially for a hotel in Ungheni. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and overall the stay could have been perfect.

Negative: However, on Sunday at 9 AM, there was a loud religious gathering (Jehovah’s Witnesses or another Christian group) with singing and drums. The drumming was so intense it made the bed vibrate with every beat. On top of that, their group blocked our cars in the parking lot, which made leaving a hassle. It’s really disappointing that such noise and inconvenience is allowed at a hotel — guests should be able to rest and leave peacefully without being disturbed or blocked.

Summary: Worth it.
