Summary: best location! this is a short walk to all things downtown, the lake, and Tubbs Hill. Nice neighborhood, off street parking, easy patio w grill, beach chairs/towels/cooler for use. We didn't cook but everything you need is there. The property was bright, clean, and comfortable and hosts were great --- I would recommend this stay to anyone!
