As you enter this charming condo, the hallway on the right-hand side will lead you to the luminous living room and an open-floor plan kitchen.
It features a grey couch, a large glass dining table that comfortably seats 6, a flat screen smart TV and large sliding doors to access the terrace with its outdoor furniture table and couch.
The living room windows have motorized shades for your convenience.
★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a microwave and everything to cook from home. There's also additional seating at the bar.
★Bedrooms:
Bedsheets provided.
The master bedroom is very elegant with its beach theme and decoration in shades of green. It features 3 windows, a TV, a chest of drawers, a king size bed, night stands, lamps, and a nice walk-in closet.
The 2nd bedroom keeps the beach theme in shades of blue. It includes 2 twin size beds, a night stand and lamp, chest of drawers and a closet with hangers. A door accesses the side terrace.
★Bathrooms:
The ensuite master bathroom features a large shower, a sink and a toilet.
The second bathroom includes a tub, sink and toilet.

The laundry room features a brand-new washer and dryer.

Corner units are hard to find at the Strand! There are 2 terraces to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather all year long, and a nice view on the pool.

Summary: The condo way exactly as it was described, clean, well stocked, with a great location for walking. The pool, hot tub and gym facilities were well kept and not crowded. Maintenance staff was exceptional keeping the grills and common areas clean. We will return.

Summary: A holiday trip to Sarasota. This rental exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed right down to the little details. Very convenient to all the attractions in Sarasota, short drive to Anna Maria, Long Boat Key, Lido Key and St Armands Circle. The property manager - Clara - was amazing. Summary: This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was like we were home but not in cold Chicago but sunny Sarasota!! Extremely clean and elegant for a fair price. Loved the pool, gym and location to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Rented jet skis from sunworld which was 5 minutes away( highly recommend) great people to work with. Management company was extremely helpful

Summary: This was my first visit to Sarasota. It was incredible! The condo was exceptionally clean and very quiet, it had all of the necessities. In short, it was MUCH MORE than I expected. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: This condo is very clean, nicely decorated, nicely appointed; and it is ideally located near downtown. It is very close to the gulf, you can hear it, and you can maybe see a tiny bit of it through the trees. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is perfect and there is plenty of space to sit and dine. This condo is a bit short on living room seating, however. Only one sofa and no other chairs. Also, no cable tv unless you have your own subscription to use via the smart tv, (and no tv at all in the smaller bedroom). We were in Sarasota on business and will stay here in the condo again if it is available.
