You can cycle and jog around this 82-acre gated community. Centrally located for North Naples and Downtown Naples. Only 4 miles to Downtown Naples to enjoy the fine dining on 3rd Street and 5th Avenue, the pier, stunning beaches, beautiful homes and landscaped areas of Port Royal, the homes of the rich and famous! Alternatively; opt for relaxed dining & trendy stores at the Mercato Centre 3 miles away in North Naples. Easily accessible to everything you could need, it is a short cycle to the supermarkets, main stores, zoo, North and Downtown beaches and dining, Mercato centre, Clam Pass and the YMCA for more extensive workouts and classes.
This condo is a perfect place for two couples or three adults (if one queen and two twin beds) to relax, the open-plan kitchen and living area provide excellent spacing and seating for entertaining.
NB – Children under the age of 16, pets, smokers, vapers and E-cigarette smokers are not allowed to stay in the condo. Please do not book if any of these apply to you as this is part of your rental agreement terms and conditions.

The sleek modern kitchen boasts new cabinetry, high-end quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. An extensive range of kitchen appliances, equipment, utensils and crockery for all your culinary needs. This includes an air fryer, Ninja blender, rice maker, large crockpot/slow cooker, electric whisk and a wide range of pans. The countertop has four bar stools for additional seating when entertaining.
BEDROOMS: 1 x Queen + 1 King or 2 Twins (sleeps 4 adults)
Bedroom 1 – Queen size (60 cms x 80 cms)
The back bedroom overlooks the lake with its private bathroom, walk-in shower, spacious storage space, long office area to work from and a large TV connected to 120 channels and superfast broadband, average speed is 250+ Mbps. A queen-sized bed (60 cms x 80 cms), quality memory foam mattress with allergy protectors and mattress pad.
Bedroom 2 – King size when twins joined together (78 cms x 75 cms) or 2 twins (twin size is 39 cms x 75 cms). Bedding is provided for both twin and king sizes, quality memory foam mattresses with allergy protectors and mattress pads. A large TV connected to superfast broadband. A small fee is chargeable if you would like the 120 channels for this TV, please request this 7 days before the arrival date.
Choose from goose down, tempur and other ranges of pillows,100% cotton or UGG cooling bedding sheets for both bedrooms (other cotton and polyester sheets also available). We feel sleep is an important part of your experience!
LOUNGE:
Open plan living with a three-seater sofa and chair, dining table with seating for four people. A large TV with 120 cable channels and superfast broadband of 250 mps+. Natural light and lakeside view from the lounge, with sliders leading onto the lanai/balcony. An electric fireplace anchors the living area for a warm and cosy experience on cooler nights.
APPLIANCES AND MISCELLANEOUS:
A high-end, large washer and dryer is behind a closet door near the entrance. Hoover, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, straighteners and an extensive range of cleaning equipment and products are provided for your use.
A clay court tennis shoe cleaner is provided for you to use outside the condo during your stay.
OUTDOOR LANAI:
Enjoy the sweeping views overlooking the lake on the lanai at the back of the condo.
NB- Children under 16, Smokers, vapers, and E-cigarettes are not allowed on the property/condo. No pets or animals are allowed under any circumstances as per HOA fees

World Tennis Center is much loved for its friendly community, it offers unrivalled amenities, including 16 tennis courts, a stadium centre court, a pro shop, 4 new pickleball courts, and two heated pristine pools. Relax in the outdoor whirlpool, enjoy dining at the café, and take part in this vibrant community with numerous social, tennis and pickleball events and activities.
Your rental pricing includes free booking and use of the 16 tennis courts ( 4 hard and 12 har-tru/clay), 4 new pickleball courts, two pristine pools, a jacuzzi, bocce ball & clubhouse.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note all communities with condos with amenities in Florida require an HOA (Home Owners Association) form and fee so this is standard. This is not always explained or advised when you book with other hosts or rental listings.
The minimum stay is 30 days, you can book the accommodation and split the time with other couples you know. For example, make one reservation for a month, one couple stay two weeks and the other couple stay the remaining time. The lead booker will be responsible for all payments and paperwork. All people renting for the entire period need to be detailed on the one booking.
This booking and reservation are based on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork, approval and payment. 60 days before your check-in date we will need you to complete the paperwork and pay the HOA fee (currently $150 for your total rental period and all of the guests on the booking) for your booking to remain reserved. E.G if you have four guests on the booking the total fee is $150 for the duration of the period regardless of how long you rent for and how many guests you have. This is a non-refundable fee, that is paid separately to the World Tennis Association. By doing it this way you know when you will be accepted by the condo association and your booking is secure.
Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation for both the gate and the condo for renters' safety and security.
