Positive: For the price, this property was great. Easy to locate with a driveway for parking. Staff on arrival were really pleasant, had the heating on for us and gave basic information we might need. The location is great, very close to where we needed to be, close to the town centre and there’s a decent corner shop at the bottom of the road. It’s a nicely decorated property and the beds were very comfortable in both rooms. Having the secure garden is a great addition for those travelling with children.
Negative: It feels unfair to grumble at the smaller things given the price we paid but it’s only fair to mention for others. There isn’t anywhere near enough cooking and eating utensils, we were 3 adults & 1 child and we didn’t have enough cutlery for a full meal and I had to make do with what we had in terms of pots and pans. Only one side of the toaster works so trying to do breakfast for everyone was a little difficult. No basics such as tea and coffee provided which yes it doesn’t state but would be very much appreciated by guests. The carbon monitor was beeping all night, we couldn’t get it to stop but didn’t want to bother the hosts at 2am. There isn’t enough towels if the property is full to capacity, luckily I’d brought one of our own for our son but we struggled with three adults. Listing states toiletries provided but we only had 1 shampoo, 1 body wash and 1 body lotion (the small hotel bottles). There are areas of the property that need maintenance and touch ups, the mirror in one of the rooms was also filthy, covered in make up marks and hand prints. Minor details but things that make a huge difference, especially for those that travel frequently like us.
Summary: Good value, needs a few updates.

Positive: Location was good. We were in Bradford for the weekend to attend a family wedding. The house was perfect for my small family as it had sufficient space And was located within a good distance of the extended family we were visiting.
Negative: We felt more attention could’ve been paid to the general cleanliness of the property. Also the beds weren’t very comfortable. However we didn’t mind too much as we only needed to sleep there at night.
Summary: Good location, ideal for a small family.

Positive: Location was very close to family that lived in bradford. Parking for two cars. Plenty of space.
Negative: Not enough glassware for 4 people. I.e only 3 wine glasses and 3 beaker type glasses. No trays for the oven. No oven gloves. Not enough cleaning products.
Summary: A great property, lovely stay. Clean and tidy light and airy.

Positive: Nice cosy home to stay in for the night. Loved the interior and the hosts were amazing. They met us upon arrival and assured us that they were available if we needed anything. The woman also put the heating on for us before we arrived. Would definitely recommend for a little stay away.
