Fully fenced backyard (shared with upper unit) with fire pit, yard games, bistro lights, and patio seating. The home and kitchen are fully equipped with all your basic needs. Dog friendly. Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay. Close to everything! Sloan's Lake, Tennyson St, Highlands, DT Arvada are 10 minutes away. DT Denver and Red Rocks just 20 minutes drive.

Enjoy full use of the entire lower level unit. The upstairs is rented out separately. The backyard is shared with the upper unit.
