Summary: I stayed at this home with 3 other girls for a 2 month period for an internship we all had in Charlotte. The home couldn't have been in a better location (about an 8 minute commute to Uptown and 10-15 minutes to other popular, large shopping locations). The house is very well kept and was more than enough room for all 4 of us, even with guests. The appliances are all up to date and the home is very well decorated. We enjoyed plenty of our dinners at the outdoor seating with the table in the backyard. The garage was a nice addition seeing that we had 4 cars with us during our stay. The neighbors were kind and low volume. Jack was such a great host and easy to reach out to if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this home or having Jack as a host at his other locations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Charlotte this summer and much of it has to do with the choice to stay at this home!

Summary: Our family rented this property long term while we were in town for work. The house is updated and has a nice and comfortable feel. In the mornings and evenings you find many neighbors walking their dogs, riding their bikes, going for a run. The kids have enjoyed the neighborhood pool. We love that it's so close to a lot of things we want to do in Uptown and surrounding areas, and only fifteen minutes to South Park Mall. It's also a short wait anytime you're looking to grab an Uber. If we are here again we wouldn't hesitate to stay in this property.

Summary: My family rented this house prior to moving into our new home. The house has everything that you need, and has got to be one of the nicest rentals I've stayed in. The owner's done a great job updating the house, which makes a difference when you're renting for an extended period of time. The owner was also really helpful/flexible with our plans. The neighborhood is very friendly--we enjoyed walking around with our kids. It's close to Cotswold shopping center and downtown Charlotte, pretty convenient for getting out and about.
