The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom includes a single bed with a cot available on demand. The living spaces are generous, with a large sitting/dining area that is light-filled and a cosy sitting room equipped with a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer for added convenience.
Outside, you'll find a large south-facing garden perfect for sunny days, complete with a lawn, patio, and a kids' play area featuring a slide, trampoline, and sand pit. The driveway offers off-street parking for three cars.
This is our family home so is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Amenities include WiFi, a washing machine and drier, and heating, ensuring you can unwind after a day exploring the city or the scenic regional areas. It has lots of books and toys for a small child. It is well-insulated (B energy grade) and cosy, having recently undergone retrofitting works. With no stairs to worry about, it is particularly suitable for families with small children.

Our house is in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket across the road and a local pub five minutes walk away. There is a large green five minutes' walk away too. The Glen river park is another lovely green space nearby, at about 14mins walk. St Luke's village with pubs, shops and the famous Live ar St Luke's venue is about 15mins walk away too.
We are about 30 mins walk from the centre of Cork city. A bus goes from a stop two minutes walk away and goes straight into town. We are five and twenty minutes drive from the the Kent train station and the airport respectively so our house is ideally located.
