Positive: Great little apartment with everything we needed for the weekend. Key collection was very straightforward. Lovely location with great choice of restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Loved being able to use the pool and the gym and also the secure parking.

Positive: Very nice well equipped apartment with terrace and balcony. Location was perfect for our needs, in quiet area, and we could hear the waves at night which was lovely. A few minutes walk to chemist, IGA, cafes etc. in Bay St. and a ten minute walk to our relative's home. One block from the beach and Esplanade as well, and all flat terrain for easy walking. There was a tram and buses nearby which we did not use this time round. Will definately stay here again.

Negative: We had no problem picking up the keys from a nearby business 400m away but some may find this a slight nuisance after a long journey, or arriving by taxi.

Summary: Excellent place to stay, good facilities, very quiet in well run complex.

Negative: I am extremely disappointed that we could not rebook for the same time next year. We were assured by Made Comfy that we could rebook as long as it was before the end of our stay. When we went to rebook it was not available. Why are bookings allowed more than 12 months in the future?

Negative: Check in was horrendous, they didn’t receive my photo ID , and after many phone calls on hold, finally I was sent the address ( at the 12th hour ) Had trouble finding lock box ! The bedroom was so cold, I couldn’t get the heater to work and there was no instructions Had to sleep with jacket on Two conditioners and no shampoo in bathroom
