Welcome to your vacation home!
This a very cozy, intimate and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in the heart of the city. It is conveniently located 11 miles from the ATL airport, 1 mile away from Philips Arena CNN center, 2 miles away from the Georgia Aquarium, 2 miles away from the world of Coca Cola Museum and less than a mile away from the AUC center. It sits in a very secured location with quick access to many retail stores and eateries. Welcome to the ATL!!!
The space
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Nothing is more important to the us than the health and safety of our communities. We are monitoring the situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. All amenities at this property have been closed. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe. All amenities are closed until further notice!
A very cozy, intimate and comfortable space for 3 guests. You’ll have access to a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and private patio. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom. You’ll have access to Roku, Netflix, and WiFi. Just minutes away from Downtown and major highways. You’ll be in gated community with on site security. You’ll have access to the pool, and fitness center. A popular shopping center is just minutes away with many retail stores and eateries.

Other things to note:
- Under 21 years of age not allowed.
**Quiet hour*** is at 9pm for hallway noise. You are free to come and go as you please, but please refrain from roaming in hallways to talk on the phone or hangout.
-No Smoking in the home or on the patio, if caught smoking fee of $250.
- No pets allowed, if caught there will be a fee of $50 per night. Please check in with me if you have a service pet prior to booking.
- Loss of key fob fee is $50
- only one assigned parking space is available on premises.
- No parties or small gatherings a $100 fee will be charged.
-If you have guests over the minimum of 3 you will be charged an extra $50 per person a night.
- Late check out fee of $50 per hour

Summary: My overall stay was good. I would return in hopes the small issues I endured were no longer. The area is walkable. But you MUST have a fab key. It was embarrassing standing behind a car in line to enter through the gate. But I felt safe and secure with those extra measures. The place was clean and pictured the exact same way. There great touches likes scented oils, disinfect wipe, decor was super cute and seasonings in the cabinets! Most people don't think about that kind of stuff. On my last day the water was shut off, but thankfully I showered early. I was informed there was a maintenance issue. I would suggest to uber food or drive and get it.

Summary: This was a great stay the owner had amazing communication and fixed any issue I had like misplaced fob key (make sure u don’t lose) but the only negative thing is the location I’m used to it but for some people being in the middle of the trenches or hood should be aware that the place has 1 free parking spot your family or visitors have to park outside the apartment complex across the street at family dollar and it’s bums that live in a huge tent outside family dollars front door w homeless ppl surrounding the complex and the areas surrounding so if u are having visitors my suggestion would b don’t but this has nothing todo w the owner he was amazing

Summary: The host was excellent ,he was extremely friendly and effective with communication. The property was excellent as described , very clean and conveniently located . I would definitely book again.

Summary: About 15 minutes from the airport with most things within 15 minutes for essentials. About an hour and a half from the mountains for a quick day trip. The room had a good deal of road noise but I suspect that is normal within a larger city. Very comfortable space to unwind and relax

Summary: It was clean , the property manager an e-mail or txt away!! We used Uber they all found the property with ease!! Great stay!! Great fast food walking distance!! WI-FI worked well great monitors for our viewing pleasure when relaxing from the day!!
