Recently renovated 5 bedroom barn conversion with hot tub set within 4 acres of private wild flower meadows, close to Bath & Bristol in the Cotswold village of Marshfield.

There are five bedroom, sleeping up to 9 people. Two bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms with Super King size beds. There is a third Super King bedroom, a double bedroom and single bedroom. The stylish marble family bathroom has a large bath & overhead power shower.
Fully equipped kitchen/dining room with appliances such as Rangemaster fan oven & hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer with water & ice machine, Kitchen Aid, Soda Stream etc.
The panelled living room has a large log burner, Samsung 65 inch OLED TV with Sonos sound bar and large corner sofa. There are duel aspect corner sliding doors which lead onto the vast sandstone courtyard and water feature.
Outside is a large courtyard with dining area for 10 people, Weber Gas & Ceramic egg BBQ, hot tub and large water feature with central fountain where you can dip your feet on a hot summers day or have a paddle. The large level garden is perfect for lawn games and sunbathing. There is a separate chill out area with Indian fire pit and eight wooden Muskoka chairs.
Guests can freely walk the 4 acres of wild flower meadows and paddocks.
