We are walking distance to the Houston Metro Light Rail for extremely easy access to Downtown, Museum, Zoo, all sporting venues, restaurants, bars, night life and much more. Dedicated off-street covered parking and recent renovations for a modern touch.

In addition to all new furniture and décor, we provide a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator (in-door ice/water dispenser), stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender (for your special drink). Laundry in-house with washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Cable TV and Free Wifi.

Summary: The cottage was exactly as advertised on the inside. It was clean, the AC worked and the binder about the area gave great information. There were some minor hiccups out of the owners control like the parking space being taken by a visitor of another tenant, dog poop on the sidewalk headed to the cottage, pests and overgrowth of garden beds but it was not anything that would keep me from coming back just a minor inconvenience. The Metro being so close was wonderful and a Walmart was about a mile away. If staying longer than a couple of nights I would bring your own laundry/cleaning supplies, cooking/spices because that is not supplied but again, not a big deal. I hope to stay there again in the fall! Duane was great at helping me resolve the parking issue and was quick to respond. You can't ask for anything more!

Summary: My friends and I enjoyed our stay here! The home was cozy and charming, and the host was very responsive. There is an enclosed backyard spot where my friend’s dog was able to do their business. Overall, was an excellent experience; I cannot thank them enough for being so understanding and friendly.

Summary: Inside of home just as the picture suggest. Super cute! Backyard area needs improving. Lawn not cut, shrub /tree way overgrown and there were automobile bumpers laying in yard. Definitely needs some work. Doesnt look like backyard photo at all.

Summary: I stayed here for about a month while looking for a permanent home. The area was a bit noisy with the train in the mornings, but neighbors had been pretty quiet. The home was decorated with cute decor. Fenced in backyard made it easy for me to let my dog in and out to potty. Necessities in the bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedrooms were provided in the property. Parking was a little tight sometimes with other neighbors parking closely to the numbered parking spaces. Duane was very quick in responding to any questions and/or accommodating requests. I would recommend staying at the property.

Summary: Quaint cottage house was so great to stay for a couple of nights for the Thanksgiving Holiday recently while we visited family. We even brought our dogs and it was great because they had a fenced in back yard area for them to go out without having to worry about them running away. The owners were always very responsive. They were also great when I reached out to see if I left something behind and immediately checked for me. I was able to coordinate easily to get the item back. Would recommend and stay again if needed when visiting family.
