Summary: Great property. Very clean , easy access to site seeing , nice quiet neighborhood. We did buy you a new can opener as neither one worked well that were in the kitchen. It was the cleanest property we ever stayed in. Would highly recommend this house! We loved Colorado Springs.

Summary: Overall great stay convenient to all we were in Colorado Springs to do. Only issue was the master bath toilet being under repair. The owner provided note with an apology. Otherwise very relaxing time with our cadet and the rest of the family.

Summary: Beautiful home! Kitchen was a perfect focal point for our evening dinners with plenty of room to cook and eat. Although it is a little bit of a drive into Colorado Springs it actually was perfect as the neighborhood was new, quiet and clean. Spacious bedrooms with huge closets and plenty of room for our luggage and kids. Loved the firepit as it was perfect to take the chill out of the air.

Summary: What a grand place. From the time we arrived to the time we left, this place felt like home, except cleaner. Living room and family room, five bedrooms and three baths gave us plenty of room for my children and grand children. Lots of towels and the dozens of little extras was appreciated. We will definitely rent this place on our next trip to Colorado Springs.

Summary: We brought 12 adults and one child here and everyone loved it! There was plenty of space for everyone, and plenty of games to play. We were all very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the very clear directions for check-in and check-out.

Summary: We stayed here with some friends and family for my son’s wedding. It was the perfect place for our group! It was spotlessly clean and well-stocked, and with 5 bedrooms there was space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The master bed and pillows were a little hard for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference. My only suggestion would be a nightlight of some sort in the toilet area of the master. It’s a really dark space at night and I didn’t want to turn the light on and wake my husband. Very minor detail. 😊 I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we come back to the area!

Summary: We had people from all over meet and stay here for my nephews wedding in Black Forest everything was very nice and clean plenty of room and nice amenities to make our stay easy. Close to grocery stores and supplies. Home was comfortable and homey felt right at home. Would stay here again in the future if we needed to again.
