There are plenty of spaces to on street and driveway. RV can park too.
Other structures except the main house on the land are not accessible to guests. They are our warehouses. Being far from the house they won't disturb your stay. Someone rarely goes there and picks up things, but occasionally we do. I hope you can understand.
High chair and Pack n Play are available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
Trash day is every Sundays. Please help us push the trash bins to the curb every Saturdays.
Please separate the garbage. Food, lunch boxes, plastic bags and other garbage should be put in the gray trash, not the recyclable trash can (blue).
No cable available, but you can use your own streaming account such as Netflix etc.

Summary: The overall issue with this home is that it has not been well maintained. Pros: lovely decor, spacious home, enough bedrooms/baths to fit multiple families/people, well stocked with provisions (dishes, soaps, towels, etc), working appliances (laundry machines, dishwasher, etc), owner communicated well and quickly Cons: home smelled of marijuana, lawn was not mowed, old laundry machines and other trash piled outside of garage, back patio not usable (no cushions on chairs), floors and showers were dirty, window blinds were broken in multiple rooms, many things in the home seemed broken/run down/not maintained (i.e. one shower door was loose, looks like there should be a barn door in front of laundry room but it is gone) More of an FYI: The house is located on a busy road, so you can hear traffic at all times. Our group needed ear plugs and sleeping masks in order to sleep.

Summary: Interior was very nice. Clean, beds were comfortable and lots of space. Outside the yard is huge but hasn’t been mowed. Grass/weeds are 3 feet tall. There is a hot tub, but it’s covered and screwed down so you can’t use it. Even if you could figure out how to get it open there’s blackberries around it. I had to ask for check in/checkout instructions and wifi etc. The host was responsive, but would have been easier if that info was sent to me. Over all, the house itself is nice and comfortable and what we needed.

Summary: Check in process was easy and clear. Perfect location! The place was spacious and beautifully decorated and accommodations were perfect. However, unable to stay another night due to allergies and health issues of family. I would recommend this location and I would stay again if conditions were more conducive. Host was accessible and amiable and the entire process was very amenable.
