Features include Smart TV with Cable TV including sports and movie channels along with sound bar and base tube for high-quality enjoyment. There is a selection of board games and coffee table books for tenants to enjoy, along with an Alexa and high-speed internet.
The kitchen comes stocked with all the equipment a guest would want during their stay including a large selection of glassware, serving items, Brita water filter and seasonings. There is a selection of electric kitchen equipment, including a coffee machine with filter option or Keurig pods. A selection of coffee supplies will be provided at check-in.
For the bathrooms hairdryers, bath products, make up removing toilettes and lots of plush towels are available.
The bedrooms have high quality comfortable mattresses with memory foam pillows and 500 threadcount sheets and extra blankets.
There is a laundry cupboard with stacked washer and dryer along with iron and ironing board. There also are handheld and upright vacuum cleaners.
Additional features include luxury scented candles and hand wash, dehumidifier, a selection of hangers, alarm clocks with phone connectability, beach towels, beach glassware and a cooler.
The apartment is connected to a backup generator and the building has an elevator. The penthouse also has a security camera at the door for additional peace of mind.
Our little haven is located in sought after Sandyport along the Cable Beach strip with additional amenities such as tennis court and pool, as well as gym, restaurants, cafés, shops, grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store downstairs. Within walking distance are additional shops, restaurants, dry cleaners and larger supermarket. Also take a brief ride to Baha Mar to indulge at one of its restaurants and bar, spend a fun day at the waterpark or shop at their wide selection of boutiques including Tory Burch, Vilebrequin, Cartier, Tiffany & Co and Rolex.

Summary: We ran into a couple issues the first day due to a city-wide power outage as the generator didn't kick in right away. Property manager was very responsive and helped us work through everything. I cannot express enough how great the property manager was! Beds were very comfortable, but there was only one thick/firm style of pillow that will not work for stomach sleepers. Pool or ocean are both a 5 minute walk away. And you are in walking distance to a few different restaurants. Twisted Lime was my personal fave. Just make sure you aren't starving before you get to the restaurant as service is quite a bit slower than we are used to in Canada. NOTE: Bon Vivants cafe and cocktail bar is directly below the primary bedroom. If you are an early to bed person, this would be an issue due to the late-night noise. However, we didnt understand hurricane doors - you have to pull the handle up to make the door shut properly. We didn't figure this out until midstay, which lessened the noise. We went with our two children, 10 and 12, and felt quite safe. You can take the #10 bus to downtown Nassau. Route goes along the coast and is about a 20 minute ride. Bus can be caught anywhere on the side of the main road by flagging them down. And when you want to get off, just say "bus stop". Fare is $1.50 per person. NOTE: Do NOT take the #10A is this route winds inland and takes significantly longer. Cabs were more expensive than we were expecting, and they charge additional for more than two people ($50 to downtown one way for 5 people). Overall, a really great place to stay, but everything was significantly more expensive than we were expecting in the Bahamas.
