Our apartment is a recognised Quality Tourism & Covid Clean Practicing Business and overlooks the Derwent River, kunanyi / Mt Wellington and Hobart, caters for up to 4 guests and has its own private balcony, garden, separate entrance and off street car park for 1 car.Guests are offered access to free Wifi throughout the apartment.

Summary: This is a truly lovely apartment with terrace overlooking a fabulous view of Derwent River and Hobart. This apartment is large, airy, very well equipped. All aspects of the accommodation are first class. Carol and Ian are the absolute best hosts, helpful, informative, warm and go well beyond what you expect in a host.

Summary: Lovely accommodation, wonderful views, and Carol. Tasmania is beautiful, Hobart is a very manageable city. There’s not much more to say really, just come. And make sure you get to the top of Mount Wellington.

Summary: The property is gives you the best views of the Hobart city. The house is maintained cleaned but if you are looking for a spacious stay this lacks that, as the kitchenette is a laundry converted with no good exhaust, and the dinning table is placed in the master bedroom and a congested bathroom with no space to open the shower door or bathroom door. Also the specific instructions given by the host are a little too detailed and annoying for a holiday stay, like a boarding school principal rules (which our son followed to the T but was a annoying.for us). Also during the checkout the host was literally standing like a principal asking us to move out. A.little.space from the host would have been better experience.
