Downstairs, you`ll find two well-appointed bedrooms. One bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second offers two single beds, making it ideal for children, friends or additional guests. This level also includes a full bathroom and the added convenience of a separate toilet. Portable radiant heaters are available in the downstairs bedrooms, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay during Tasmania`s cooler months.
Upstairs is where the property truly shines. The bright and spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area enjoys elevated river views and an abundance of natural light through large windows. The contemporary kitchen is beautifully finished with quality Smeg appliances, a large island bench, electric cooktop and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. In addition to the three bedrooms, a sofa bed is available in the living area. Linen for the sofa bed is provided and stored in the cupboard behind the dining table. Guests are welcome to use the sofa bed during their stay, and we simply ask that you let us know if it has been used.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer-dryer combination, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and everything needed for a comfortable short or extended stay.

Guests can park in the double garage beneath the property once access has been obtained from inside the garage. Additional street parking is available nearby if required.
The property sleeps up to eight guests, with the sofa bed located in the upstairs living area. Linen is supplied in the cupboard behind the dining table and guests are required to make up the sofa bed themselves. If you use the sofa bed during your stay, please let us know.
The property features a double garage located beneath the home. Guests may also park on the street if preferred. Please do not park in the driveway, as this may block access to the neighbouring Unit 3 property.
There is no coffee machine provided, however a coffee plunger, instant coffee, tea and basic kitchen essentials are supplied.
