Negative: Bin and sofa had strong unpleasant odours Shower was difficult to get under as bath curved directly under where the water should come out of shower head. Shower badly in need of updating (zero water pressure)

Positive: Located close to amenities, but surprisingly quite.
Negative: Different table and chairs to advertised(photo) was a tiny round glass table that did barely fit two people but could not put drinks on it as it wobbled, high stools also not practical. Bed.. bad sleep, if one person moved it caused other person to move. Caused back pain and lack of sleep. Can opener did not work. Outside bins for property overflowing as they obviously are not moved to correct area for bin emptying. Had to sweep off cobwebs. Part of ceiling in living room looked ready to drop. TV had no normal channels had to go through internet/Each channels offerings.
Summary: Property was size expected. Fairly ok but not of a high standard. Convenient location.

Negative: I suspect that the thermostatic valve has gone on the shower so it’s either boiling or stone cold. This can be replaced simply and cheaply

Positive: Great location for exploring the Cotswolds. The apartment ticked all the boxes. It was spotless clean. It was nice to have a kitchen that had a good selection of cooking materials.
Negative: Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable, perhaps its a personal preference, but for me it was not great!

Positive: Large space and had everything I need. Amazing having loads of tea and coffee with biscuits etc.
Negative: Not a lot. Oven difficult to work at 1st. Shower hard to get under as at wrong end of the bath and leaked on the floor when showering. Key safe hard to see at night. Needed my phone torch. Very minor faults
