Negative: Had some trouble with the key code entry, but it worked out in the end.

Positive: The inside of the unit was clean.

Negative: The outside of the property was weed infested. A thistle that was 5 feet tall was growing in the middle of the parking area. The trash cans were also left in the parking area. The bathroom was very cramped and the shower was very small. There was no mirror near the sink so I couldn't shave. The air conditioning unit hummed so I turned it off during the night. Next time I will just stay in a motel. I thought I would try a nightly rental, but by the time you throw in a $95.00 cleaning fee it doesn't make sense to me. They even told me to take out the trash! I hope this helps them make a few changes to improve the property.

Positive: The studio was very cute, the small touches made it fun and it was very quiet. It was clean, located on a side street right in town. Truly a special place.

Positive: Beautiful retreat. Clean, Comfortable and connivant. Great location! Owners were clear in their instructions.

Negative: There was no bar soap for showering, but they did provide cute Shampoo and Conditioners. Also, the TV was set to a Roku, so if you don't have your own account to log into networks like Netflix you couldn't watch TV. Bit of a bummer.

Summary: Wonderful! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great location, easy access, clean & beautiful.

Negative: Had trouble 3 times and prayed a lot! with code/opening the door--called owner, referred to local manager who gave us different code and instructions which worked--said code box probably needed new batteries. Also didn't know who to give money to--instructions asked for cash--no one to pick it up, etc. Manager said to just leave it on table for Housekeeper to pick up--need to get how to pay explained better, especially with cash
