Welcome to your own little slice of paradise! This enchanting cottage is situated between two year-round creeks with the smaller creek running right by the front door. Inside, you'll find a cozy and inviting space with a comfortable living area, a large kitchen, and a whimsical bathroom. Enjoy your coffee on the large covered porch and take in the fresh air, or enjoy the gentle sound of the creek from the comfort of the cottage. The property also features creek side viewing decks. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a respite from it all, this unique and colorful cottage is the perfect escape.
My Tiny Creekside Retreat is a rural accommodation and mini-event center. If you intend to cook during your stay, we recommend that you stop by one of the many convenient grocery stores on your way to check in. If you intend to dine out, the list of our favorite restaurants and destinations is included in our Helpful Household Handbook; a guidebook you will find in the unit.
The Creekside Cottage is a private accommodation, with its own private entrance and private bathroom within the larger home which also includes a separate suite in the back of the home. It also has it's own entrance and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
We value your privacy so interaction with other guests or hosts who may be on site is not required or expected during your stay.
Human neighbors are friendly but enjoy the peaceful privacy that country life ensures. The numerous animal neighbors are furry, or feathered, and some are approachable; but most are very shy. (Deer, elk, raccoon, bobcat, quail, squirrels, skunk, etc...)
Unless you have an event contract with us which includes the entire complex, all outdoor areas are SHARED with other guests. These include, but are not limited to the grape arbor sitting area, fire pit/s, covered porch, picnic tables, yoga decks, and creek front beach area.
If you're interested in visiting attractions or restaurants and shopping destinations in and around My Tiny Creekside Retreat, you'll find our favorites listed in the Household Handbook and on our website. There is no public transit available. There is, however, taxi service available which can pick you up and drop you off at the train station in Kelso if needed.

Summary: We needed a place to relax and kick back. We found it here and couldn't have asked for more. The cottage was everything it said it would be. Relaxing by the creek or on the front porch was peaceful. Hope to come again.

Summary: This is a very special place. Wooden platforms to sit and enjoy the calming stream that flows along the property. Has a variety of accommodations from small, cozy A-frames to a large, impressively decorated cottage. We and our two miniature schnauzers thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Summary: If you want a beautiful cottage river view, scenic drive get-a-way, this is for you. You can enjoy an outside bonfire by the river, with surrounding beauty. Dogs are allowed and welcome. Cottage is clean with a few extras.

Summary: The freezer needs to be cleaned as it was a little gross. Please ad to your listing that there is no tv. Wasn’t a big deal or issue for us but I can see it being one for others. This place was the relaxing retreat we needed away from family and our busy life in Seattle. As a Longview native, I enjoy coming back home to visit family and still takes breaks when needed. Thanks to rentals like this one; I was able to do just that. Thank you so much!!

Summary: I’ve stayed at Michelle’s Tiny Village and was excited to see her Tiny CreekSide Village The Cottage was wonderful every room has something to admire. The long walks, coffee in the morning on the yoga deck right next to the creek you cant get better than that! I’ll be back soon!
