Positive: It was just a perfect stay! The owner was so nice and asked us for our feedback to improve for the future. I wish we have could staid longer there. The view from our room was just stunning!🤩

Positive: Brand new and high quality hotel building, excellent facilities. Very good value for money. Nice views

Negative: It feels all attention went into the building and facilities but not so much in the hospitality service offering. We did not feel a mindset to really try to serve the customer. Some examples: - the hotel is 4km outside Kazbegi and there is zero connectivity, except a 30GEL = 10€ taxi for each ride, which is crazy expensive for the country. This weakness should be foreseen and addressed eg by offering bike rental or cheap/free shuttle - tour options for the region do not exist. The staff was helpful but wrote down ideas on a post-it, showing clearly that the management does not think of the fact that customers all likely ask about excursions - the breakfast room is in the basement which is a shame. The views of the hotel are very nice so then why put the breakfast where people may wanna spend a nice morning, into the basement which makes you feel like in a university canteen. Also breakfast begin at 8am is somewhat late if you wanna go hiking. All of that is not rocket science but somehow the management does not seem to have those customer perspectives in mind. I hope they change that because it is a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential

Positive: Everything - the staff were like friends they helped us with everything and welcomed us with genuine warmth. There was a lovely sauna which we used. Great location and lovely comfortable big room with amazing views.

Negative: No taxis around and if hotel arranges taxi to city costs 60 lari back and forth! Secluded area and no shops around so car is a must. Dog barking at 4am for 2 nights in a row
