A lovely, sunny family home-away-from-home with a view of the stunning Remarkables mountains, and a beautiful vista of Lake Wakitipu towards Mt Earnslaw from the garden.
It's the perfect get-away home for families and friends.
This home has a spacious living room opening up into a sunny courtyard, tastefully furnished bedrooms, an inviting kitchen-dining room opening to a patio area, with BBQ and large enclosed back garden.
With Lake Wakatipu at your doorstep, enjoy tranquil scenic walks and lakeside picnics. Adventurous kids can discover the "Rock" at lake edge. Centrally located, its a 10 minute stroll to shops, restaurants, bars and cafes or a 2 minute drive. The lakefront and the Botanical Gardens are a 2 - 5 minute walk.

We're available during office hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and an on call Property Manager is available for after hours emergencies.

Summary: Property location is a close walking distance to the town centre. Easily accessible to walk up Queenstown hill. House suited two families size wise, only negative was there wasn’t enough glassware coffee mugs. Would also be handy if there was baking paper, tin foil to help the cleaning of baking trays in oven. Had an issue with gas hot water, was difficult to get contact information for property manager so perhaps this needs to be more transparent.

Summary: The property was comfortable, clean and catered for our stay with warmth from having a fire on the cold days and nights, laundry to use, and a nice living area to relax and enjoy a glass of wine with friends and the location was a short distance to the town centre, had a nice view of the mountains.

Summary: Property was easily located for walking to town, but also just far enough away to also enjoy peaceful views of the lake and mountains. Living areas and bedrooms were nice and comfortable.
