Summary: I was very impressed with the acreage of the property end size of the house. The only glitch I had was the oven wasn't working when I first got there. I called and that was taken care of the next day. I wanted to stay longer but the house was rented for the weekend. Overall I really enjoyed my stay And the back area with the grill It was very nice as well. I want to stay again next time I come into town.

Summary: Overall, this was a great rental for our extended-family trip. The kitchen and living spaces are large and can accommodate a big group. The backyard is huge, and the swing set and pool were a hit. The location was perfect for our Sesame Place day plans. Management was responsive and the rental was well-priced. The washer/dryer were great to have. There are a few areas where the management company could make small changes to improve the overall experience. - There are bunk beds in a room with a fan. This was dangerous and could have ended very badly. - The second shower (not the master) doesn't drain well when the shower is on. I had to keep turning off the water during my shower to let it drain. - The kitchen has a missing cabinet door and some unfinished areas. I'm not sure if it was mid-renovation but the appearance didn't exactly scream luxury. - Since this is likely to be used for families, I would recommend outlet covers! - The fire alarm battery was going off our last day/night of our trip. Just really annoying and easy to fix. - Management did not provide us with a key - just a code to the garage. At minimum they should upgrade the door to have a keypad in case you accidentally lock yourself out. - It would have been helpful to have some sort of welcome book that said "X is here. Y is there. This is how to turn on the oven. Etc." - The master bedroom is huge and could easily fit a sofa bed. Again, these are small things and we enjoyed our stay overall.
