Summary: We were not sure what to expect. Pulling up to the building and lobby it was clear some updates are needed. Then we realized that is exactly what they are doing. The room was much larger than expected, clean, quiet and comfortable with two full bathrooms. Breakfast was a very good hot breakfast included with the stay. Would stay again, especially after updates are done.

Summary: The room was great. Nice kitchenette setup. Bed was just right. Plenty of room. However, the patio doors rattled so i had to put wraped paper to stop the rattle. It just needs new weatherstriping around it so it seals better. But loved the room otherwise. Great water pressure and hot when showering. Would recommend staying here.

Summary: I have been to so many choice hotels and others as well. The Suburban in Grand Island has one of the best breakfasts available. This not only made the stay worthwhile but it was the first time I wanted to eat more. The staff did a great job!

Summary: Good price, great breakfast, clean, & staff was friendly & helpful. It’s a few miles away from the center of everything but other than that, it worked out great! We would stay again bc of the price & cleanliness!
