Positive: Bed was comfortable
Negative: Carpet had dog hair all over it. Only TP was the last 10 squares on the roll from the people before us. No extra rolls I had to go ask for some. Same with Kleenex, last 4 Kleenex of a nearly empty box was all we got.
Summary: Price was good. People nice. Room was fair at best

Positive: Very clean, very comfortable pillows and bed. I love that you get a text from them after check in offering anything you may need, as well as other info about your stay. The place smelled amazing! The desk ladies were great. Would definitely recommend.
Negative: We were on the 3rd floor and you can hear the walking above you. I'd just request the top floor.

Positive: Was pleased there was a full kitchenette in the room. I saw it in the pictures, but still didn't think a regular double room would have it. Also, beds were super comfortable. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating with getting us a phone charger we had forgotten.
Negative: A breakfast would've been nice.

Positive: Very clean, great price and location. Beds were so comfortable. Full kitchen is convenient if you need it.
Negative: Only negatives were the rooms need and upgrade, no couch or place to sit and the front counter staff were rude upon check in. However at check out we had a different person who was very nice.
