Summary: Bed was hard and not enough pillows. The surrounding area is sketchy. Seems a lot of Hispanics living there. Noisy in the morning

Summary: Stayed here 4 nights in August. Located about a ten minute walk from a metro stop and a walmart and restaurants approx 20 mins. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable. Continental breakfast available. No problems with internet connection. Fridge/freezer in room and double hob which was pointless as no pans/crockery/cutlery. Floor could have been cleaner. Had a shower, walked to bedroom and feet were dirty. No room service so no change of towels.

Summary: The mattress pad needed replace and there was nothing in the room to sit and relax on, only an office chair.

Summary: The first room we were assigned to was not acceptable bc the bed frame was loose and rattled with Every movement! The manager did move us to another room however did not fix the bed frame before another couple was assigned to that room with the same bed frame issue!

Summary: There was a constructive project that started at 6am. Its a 4 year project and they didnt tell us. The AC was noisy. No kid friendly TV network. Roo.s outside instead of inside. So its a motel and its not listed as such. And the vending machine, the only one, didnt work.

Summary: Fair at best. Our room wasn’t ready on time at the time they specified it to be ready, we walked into what we thought was a freshly clean room. Only to be hit with an overwhelming smell of cleaning products that left the floor slippery, and left a yellow residue on every pair of socks we wore. The A/C unit didn’t get very cold and it rattled loudly we had to hit the unit every so often to make it stop. However the front desk staff were very welcoming, and we liked the close proximity location to access the Metro. We booked this hotel with the mind set that we were only there to sleep, spending majority of the day/night in the city. However for a more relaxed visit where we’re not in a rush for the cities events, we will not be coming back and will be spending more money on a nicer hotel with better location in the city.

Summary: The room was nice, bed was comfortable. It was fine for one night especially for the price. There was a cook top and apartment size refrigerator. Now I understand the note at the front desk about putting food in the sink! My only issues were that the shampoo was obviously completely empty with the bottle crushed in the middle and housekeeping was too lazy to change it. I had to ask for shampoo at midnight from the front desk. The shower doesn't operate in a usual manner so I thought it was broken. I pulled, and turned and did everything and it wouldn't start. The AC works very well but it's very loud. 65 decibels. That is ridiculously loud. There's also construction on a building outside. All that being said, the location is fantastic. The room was clean and the parking was easy. I would stay there again.
