Positive: The staff was extremely nice. Very helpful and explained all the the things they offered. The rooms were plenty big and it was nice and quiet.

Negative: There things jn room that didn't work and the bed just didn't seem very big and was not comfortable. It has kitchenettes in rooms and our refrigerator didn't work and for being wintertime we had aunts in our room and only 2 pillows and no big or heavy blanket on bed.
