Positive: The host Victoria was wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful with our questions. She provided a list of suggestions for nearby food/attractions. We liked the location of the property as it was convenient for snorkeling.
Negative: There is no air conditioning in the living room which made it quite uncomfortable to hang out there, so we stayed in the bedroom most of the time. The pool is not on site, it’s a short walk away and would have been an additional $50 USD for our stay had we decided to use it. The ocean is close though which was great. It would have been nice to have coffee readily available in the villa. There was tea and a coffee maker but no coffee. It was easy enough to get as there is a grocery store and gas station at a short distance.

Positive: Excellent service from Victoria who managed our stay, including organising collection from the Airport. She was very responsive and provided us with lots of advice on where to go etc. Immediately dealt with an issue we had with the front door, which was resolved rapidly and efficiently. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the broadband was excellent! Fridge was plenty big enough. Smart TV allowed access to Netflix etc. The Bed was massive and very comfortable. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe for all our clothes and even a cupboard to store our Suitcases.
Negative: No Air-conditioning in the living room, which was very humid, so we had to leave the bedroom door open to try to cool it down. Often had to go into the bedroom to cool down. Only one other small issue, but we were surprised to find we had to get our own Toilet rolls once the small one in the bathroom was finished - never known that to not be supplied.
Summary: Excellent stay in an excellent location.

Positive: Beautiful apartment, great location, we loved our time here and Victoria was so helpful. She also arranged us a taxi from the airport and he gave us loads of tips for exploring the island.
