Negative: Having to pay extra for meals at the Buddha Bar restaurant having signed up for full board (the credit you get covers a starter at best).

Positive: Great location, even though the hotel was busy, the open gardens provide a sense of relaxation. Professional service throughout the hotel. Well established rooms with great views of the sea
Negative: Smoking is allowed outside and our neighbours smoked all day, this prevented us from enjoying our own patio, there should be a dedicated smoking area. The practice of reserving sun beds at the crack of dawn, should be stopped and managed more effectively Food and beverage prices are very dear and in some cases similar to Western Europe, far cheaper to eat out and find a local bar Service can be slow at times…

Positive: Excellent reception and restaurant areas, great pools and night entertainment, great beachfront, amazing friendly people . Kids club very good, amazing ladies at kids club. Adilan the waiter at the restaurant deserves kudos, a great guy, also Melissa at the restaurant and Scyam operations manager very good, boathouse activities great. Movie night was awesome
Negative: Food selection can be improved, ventilation in toilet could be improved, room size a bit small but manageable, shower has no door and squishy squashy. Reception takes long to answer calls
