Summary: Decent, but a little dated hotel. You're really paying for the (almost) slopeside convenience. Absolutely chaotic Sunday check-in, with the room barely ready by 5pm! The thermostat (room was freezing) didn't work initially & it took two attempts to finally fix it, so that we could finally set the room temperature ourselves. Several outlets in the room were also non-functional. That said, the location is great & the staff were super friendly & helpful. Fantastic hot tub also! We didn't try the restaurant food @ 59 North, but there's no way I am paying $29 for a breakfast buffet unless I am in Hawaii!

Summary: Room was fine. Hotel was fine. Restaurant in the hotel was overpriced. My biggest problem was the heat. The heater would come on and warm up the room. When the room reached its programmed temperature, the heater would cut off. When the heater cut off, there would be a loud audible BOOM that came from the duct work. Additionally, there would be a loud BOOM that came from the duct work when the heat cut off in the rooms on both sides of me, above me and across the hall from me. So basically I had loud BOOMs coming at me from every side every 15 minutes or so all night long. Impossible to stay asleep.
