Positive: The owner came to meet us upon arrival. The place is nice with a cool layout. We were there for a quick overnighter before our cruise and it was fine for our family of 5. We would definitely also find it suitable for us if we chose to stay a few days. Some might need more space but it was fine for us. The location is about a 10-15 walk from the square, shopping and places to eat. The owners were very responsive to texts messages. They also offer a very good price for transfers. They brought us the following morning to the cruise port.

Positive: The apartment was very spacious. There were 2ACs and 2 Tvs. It was in the city centre, very close to all the attractions in a quiet street. We also had vouchers for breakfast. The apartment was repetitively new and tastefully decorated.

Negative: Took 4 phone calls to get anyone to gain access to the building. Voucher for breakfast at 3 euros was enough for coffee only.

Positive: Everything is great. The best place we have stayed in Italy. Very easy communication, easy to arrange access, and the host met us in person to show us around. The quality of the suite is first-rate and everything worked really well. The location is excellent - easy walk to rail station and all the major mosaic attractions. Very quiet and very comfortable bed. There is real attention to detail throughout the suite. The provision of breakfast coupons for two nearby cafes was a really nice touch. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Negative: Perhaps it might be good to place glasses on a lower shelf as I am 1.9m and had to stretch to reach them. It might also be useful to provide some basic instructions in english on how to use the washer dryer. These are very minor things and in no way spoilt our wonderful experience. Thank you again.

Positive: Apartment was lovely, and much bigger than expected and very well equipped. Luca the host was super helpful via WhatsApp and couldnt do enough for us. Great to be able to leave luggage there securely too on the day we checked out. Less than 10 mins to the main station and less than 5 mins to main square and Dante's tomb, and 10-15 to other attractions like the major churches and mosaics, and the amazing Mercado Copperta and the restaurants and bars in that area
Negative: Me not checking my own phone directions and walking past it from the station... Lol :-)
