Positive: The host was very amazing even prior i had questions and they always got back to me so from the off good communication, on the day they whatsapp me all the details of the location and even sent videos to help me find the place which was re assuring, i found it no problems and self checked in very smoothly. This apartment was the best its so clean, so spacious and the views from every single window were absolutely stunning! I loved watching my programmes on the smart tv i felt so at home. The host was always available to answer any questions as during my time spain had a powercut, the place even had candles which i love candles anyway but was handy in that instance, the bed was super comfortable was a proper double bed not two singles pushed together ! It has a washing machine and dishwasher if needed.It was so perfect and great value for money. The area was really great cafes and shops nearby,easily commutable went to centro via the bus to explore but plenty of places nearby Aldi mcdonalds burger king to name a few, the area felt very safe and the people are very polite and friendly i had an excellent time and experience here. One of the main reasons i booked besides the aesthetic and views was that its nearby to the airport so upon arrival could drop bags and no rush or long treck on the day of flying back so thats a key point.
Negative: It is i believe 9th floor and no lift so i would get tired climbing the stairs.

Positive: Lovely apartment with a nice sea view. Clean with all the essentials needed for the stay Great location, a stone's throw from the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood with just a couple of bars/restaurants. A short bus ride from a huge shopping park with lots of restaurants and a designer outlet village, if you do want shops! Not far to visit other places by local transport and a good bus service.
Negative: We liked everything overall and were happy with the stay. However, the microwave, cupboards and crockery in the kitchen are really high up. We literally couldn't reach them at all (I'm 5 ft 5). We had to stand on a chair to cook anything or reach things. Next to a sink and on a hard, slippery floor, this isn't ideal. I was OK, but if anybody had mobility issues, couldn't stand on a chair and was under 5, 7... they simply wouldn't be able to reach anything! The bathroom door is also stuck, it doesn't slide properly and is very difficult/impossible to close. It meant that it has to be left open on to the living room- not great if you need privacy. We went in February and the flat was quite cold (understandably). There was heating but it didn't do very much and it was really cold at night when the heating was off. The place could do with some extra bedding/blankets and perhaps a simple manual/guide for residents about how to turn heating on, etc. But these are little things which I'm sure can be sorted. It was a pleasant stay.
Summary: Quiet beach neighbourhood, off the busy tourist trail and a wonderful base to explore Malaga.

Negative: Very cold at night Small bathroom Bathroom door wasnt working Almost zero places to put your things I would recommend to the owner Change the bathroom door to a normal one Buy 2xKallax from Ikea so there will be a place to put down some things Maybe a small electric heater to the bedroom. AC works but the look of it isnt to nice. Maybe change the case to a.white one.

Positive: Great views from the 9th floor over the coast and planes spotting! Host offered a late chek-out, which was very helpful! We could enjoy a nice and quiet beach for a little bit longer, which was almost at a doorstep! The apartment is near the airport which was great as we landed late at night! Had a great, cheap meal at the nearby restaurant at the beach. Overall, i would highly recommend this place for a relaxing break or a stop in between your travels.

Positive: The view was amazing. The Apartment was modern and newly renovated. The Kitchen was well equipped.
Negative: The bathroom door could not not be closed completely. The planes start going at about 6 in the morning and can be pretty loud. We did not have water for about 18 hours because a pump in the house broke down.
