Positive: Absolutely perfect! We felt right at home and well taken care of. Tasty breakfast, beautiful rooftop area, and the staff added personal touches to our stay. The location is quiet yet right in the epicentre of the cultural center and walking distance to eveything. Highly recommended.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Suites 1478. The location, in the heart of the charming old town, was simply ideal. The hotel in itself is modern, equipped with everything you need and the breakfast is outstanding. Extremely caring and very welcoming staff that went the extra mile and prepared a bottle of champagne and a small cake for my husband’s birthday! A definite recommendation from us for a great stay in Las Palmas!

Positive: A great location. Lovely, friendly staff. The room was extremely comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was excellent and everything was fresh and beautifully presented.

Positive: We loved the room ( suite6), very spacious and well appointed. Nice quiet room as well and the rain shower was superb.The staff were so friendly, Miriam and Haroldo, in particular, looked after us with care and lots of smiles. Breakfast is special, more Spanish than English buts lots of choice and they were very good with Gluten Free ( I am a coeliac) Couldn't fault the location, very near to the cathedral and lots of restaurants around, especially a short walk away in Triana. Overall would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Negative: The washbasin in the bedroom rather than the bathroom was not a good point for us.

Summary: Small and friendly boutique hotel in the heart of Vegueta. Fully recommended.

Positive: The service was top-notch! Staffs were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. We asked for a baby cot for our toddler, and were surprised to find not only the cot, but also baby towels & toiletry and a baby bathtub already set up for us in the room when we arrived. The hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in, and we loved the attention to details in addition to enhance the whole experience (great smell, many light options in the room for various settings, unintrusive AC sound, double-layered curtains to block out sunlight while sleeping, etc.) Breakfast buffet was also really great, and our son had a lot of fun with the staffs :)

Negative: The hot water runs out relatively fast, we had to shower faster than we normally do.

Summary: Great location, wonderful design and facility, and extraordinary service :)
