Summary: Though the suites are older we found them to be well maintained and clean. The kitchenette had the basics, the beds were decent but importantly it was friendly, clean and on the beach. I would recommend.

Summary: Great location to much construction around the area

Summary: clearly the highlight of this property is the immediate proximity to the beach. Every morning I ate breakfast at a table on a walkway overlooking pelicans diving in the surf and local fishermen coming in with their catch. The downside is that properties adjacent to it are under construction. tall condos are going up all along the waterfront. also the beds are very firm; acceptable to me, too firm for my spouse.
